PRESERVING PARADISE
WE COMMIT 5% OF COMPANY PROFITS TO THE CARIBBEAN REEFS -
Black Flag’s unique fragrances were inspired by our love of the sea and exotic travel. One of the places that captured our hearts from an early age is the Caribbean. Its pristine oceans, lush rainforests, vibrant marine life and diverse ecosystems would always take our breath away. The Caribbean is a culturally rich land with a growing population and a booming tourism industry that attracts over 30 million people per year. Sadly, this presents many challenges to the region including overfishing, pollution, coastline erosion and habitat destruction.
That’s why it needs our support and protection. At Black Flag, we’re donating 5% of our profits to Caribbean preservation organizations that work tirelessly to protect and restore these enchanting islands. Preserving the Caribbean isn't just a responsibility, it's a passion that drives us. We’ve always felt a deep connection to the natural wonders of the Caribbean, and with your help, we can play our part in its preservation for future generations to enjoy.
CORAL GARDENERS
Coral Gardeners started in 2017 on Mo’orea, the sister island of Tahiti in French Polynesia after a small group of young surfers, freedivers, and fishermen noticed the heartbreaking degradation of their home reef.
CARIBBEAN CORAL RESTORATION
Our mission requires that we address coral reef recovery through a holistic lens. Ocean ecosystems include the management and protection of resources, the quality of life for the plant, animal and human species that live within that ecosystem.
CARIBBEAN REEF BUDDY
Caribbean Reef Buddy (CRB) was established in 2014, and became a registered NGO in 2015. The two main drivers were firstly to promote tourism to the beautiful island of Carriacou, and secondly through education.
ELKHORN REEF CONSERVANCY
The Elkhorn Marine Conservancy is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to enhancing the resilience and local stewardship of Antigua's marine and ocean ecosystems and preservation of their coral reefs.
